The BCN3D Omega I60 is a professional 3D printer designed specifically for industrial applications and reliable series production. With its impressive build volume of 420 x 300 x 400 mm, it enables the manufacturing of large-format prototypes and parts in a single piece. At its core is the patented Independent Dual Extruder (IDEX) system, which provides true dual-extrusion with two independent print heads. This allows for the parallel use of different materials, water-soluble support structures, or even simultaneous printing of two identical objects to double productivity. The printer features a high-quality, enclosed chamber that ensures stable temperatures and enables printing with technical plastics such as ABS, ASA, or Nylon. Thanks to automatic bed leveling and the intuitive 5-inch touchscreen, operation is particularly user-friendly. Connectivity via Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and USB allows for seamless integration into existing workflows. With its high precision and repeatability, the Omega I60 targets engineers, product developers, and SMEs who demand maximum reliability and efficiency in their manufacturing process.

OTHER
Build VolumeMaximum printable size (Width x Depth x Height). Larger = bigger single-piece prints
420 × 300 × 400 mm
Nozzle TemperatureMax nozzle temp determines which materials you can print — 300°C+ needed for Nylon/PC
up to 300 °C
Bed TemperatureMax heated bed temp — 100°C+ needed for ABS/ASA to prevent warping
up to 120 °C
Layer ResolutionMinimum layer height. Smaller = finer detail but slower prints
from 0.1 mm
