The UltiMaker S8 Secure combines maximum printing performance with defense-grade IT security: air-gapped operation (no Wi-Fi), tamper-proof hardware, and factory-secured firmware for self-sufficient, compliant production. Powered by the Cheetah Motion Planner, the S8 Secure delivers up to 4× higher productivity compared to the S7 – ideal for defense, aerospace, and government environments. Up to 500 mm/s speed, 50,000 mm/s² acceleration, up to 35 mm³/s extrusion flow – with dual extrusion featuring automatic nozzle lift, flow sensor, and inductive sensing. Build volume 330 × 240 × 300 mm. Compatible with PLA, Tough PLA, PETG, ABS, Nylon, CPE, CPE+, PC, TPU 95A, PVA/Breakaway, and CF-composite-reinforced materials (e.g., PET CF, Nylon CF), among others; additionally ASA and flame-retardant filaments (third-party suppliers).
