The FUNMAT PRO 310 NEO is a state-of-the-art industrial FFF 3D printer designed specifically for direct industrial applications and small-batch production. In particular, materials such as PC, which shrink significantly during forming, can thus be printed without deformation. The increased temperature in the print chamber also significantly enhances the mechanical properties of the printed parts. This is particularly important for repeatability and consistency in series production, making the printer the ideal choice for manufacturing end products. The FUNMAT PRO 310 NEO supports a wide range of high-performance thermoplastics without the need for nozzle changes. In addition to engineering materials such as PC, PA12-CF, and ABS-HS, flexible printing is also possible, e.g., with TPU95A. Furthermore, the printer is compatible with open filament systems, ensuring cost-efficiency and flexibility. The ability to print materials such as PC-FR (flame-retardant) and PC-ABS (weather-resistant) opens up numerous industrial applications, ranging from the automotive industry to electronic devices. With its modular IDEX design, the printer offers four operating modes: mirror, duplicate, dual, and support material printing. This flexibility enables high-quality print results for complex geometries. Automatic Z-axis calibration and the intelligent mesh leveling system ensure simple and precise operation without manual adjustments. The enclosed design with the INTAM™Box system guarantees consistently high print quality for up to 20 days, even with hygroscopic materials such as nylon. The integrated network capabilities enable seamless connectivity to modern production systems and integration into Industry 4.0 environments.
