The CreatBot PEEK-300 is a modern FDM 3D printer specifically designed for the cost-effective and reliable printing of high-performance materials such as PEEK and PEI. With innovative features and a robust design, this printer is ideal for professional applications. A generous build volume of 300 x 300 x 400 mm allows for the printing of large-format objects and complex components. The dual extruders, equipped with an intelligent cooling system and height-adjustable nozzles, guarantee fast and precise alignment—ideal for multi-color and multi-material printing. A newly developed liquid cooling system circulates water through the hot end to ensure consistently optimal temperatures, even under extreme printing conditions. The cooling system is supplemented by an air pump that draws in fresh, cool air from outside, further improving temperature stability. If the filament runs out during printing, the printer automatically pauses, allowing for a smooth material change, and seamlessly resumes printing after confirmation. The nozzles operate at temperatures of up to 500 °C, enabling printing with demanding materials such as PEEK. In the event of unexpected power outages, the PEEK-300 saves the last print position, lowers the print head, and retracts the filament so that printing can resume seamlessly. A fully enclosed build chamber that can be heated up to 120 °C ensures consistent temperatures and minimizes the risk of cracks or warping. The build plate reaches temperatures of up to 200 °C—a must for printing high-performance materials such as PEEK and PEKK. With a resolution of up to 0.04 mm and a print speed of up to 120 mm/s (optimal 40–60 mm/s), combined with a powerful direct-drive setup, the PEEK-300 delivers precise and fast print results. The triple insulation—consisting of a double insulation chamber, advanced insulation materials, and double vacuum PC plates—ensures maximum safety and performance during the printing process. An integrated HEPA filter system absorbs contaminants and gases generated during the printing of special filaments, ensuring a clean, safe, and environmentally friendly printing environment—ideal for use in offices, schools, or at home.
