The Creality3D K1 Max High-Speed 3D Printer is a powerful 3D printer designed specifically for use in industrial manufacturing. With a generous build volume of 300x300x300 mm and high print accuracy of up to 0.1 mm, it is ideal for producing large and complex parts. The K1 Max reaches 600 mm/s in just 0.03 seconds with an acceleration of 20,000 mm/s². This allows it to be as productive as several 3D printers combined. The K1 Max combines the fast Core XY with a 190 g lightweight print head for reduced inertia. Agile and swift. The new ceramic heating system surrounds the entire heating element. It heats up to 200°C in 40 seconds and melts the filament instantly. A direct extruder with two gears delivers strong extrusion force. The hotend, made of a titanium alloy, and a hardened steel nozzle operate smoothly at temperatures up to 300°C. A large fan on the print head with air channels cools the model directly. An 18-W auxiliary fan in the build chamber further enhances the cooling effect. The model hardens before deformation or warping can occur. This enables support-free bridges and overhangs. The latest in-house developed slicer, Creality Print 4.3, includes extensive presets and streamlines the slicing process into 3 simple steps. Even better, it supports high-speed printing with variable line width, arc path, and more. The K1 Max features a large build volume of 300x300x300 mm, which is ideal for rapid prototyping or design verification. It also offers a favorable build volume-to-printer-size ratio of 25.5%. The K1 Max is the most space-efficient FDM 3D printer in its class. Are you still worried about the first layer? Then just leave it to the K1 Max’s AI LiDAR. The LiDAR, with a resolution of 1 µm, scans the first layer autonomously. It pauses the print and alerts you immediately if something goes wrong. The K1 Max uses an AI camera to monitor for errors, foreign objects, debris, etc. You’ll be alerted if an error occurs. It also supports real-time monitoring and creates time-lapse videos for sharing. The K1 Max is equipped with the intelligent Creality OS. It features a user-friendly interface and synchronizes data and commands with your PC, phone, cloud, and add-on modules. The fast 1.2 GHz dual-core CPU enables effortless high-speed printing. The 8 GB ROM stores up to 400 model files and enables fast writing and reading. Once the K1 Max is connected to the LAN or the internet via WiFi or the RJ45 Ethernet port, printing can be monitored and controlled from a PC or phone using the Creality Print software or Creality Cloud. Even better: if multiple K1 Max printers are online, they can be easily grouped into clusters or groups for high-volume production. The K1 Max’s frame, made of die-cast aluminum alloy, is CNC-milled and therefore precise and stable. It enables consistent printing at high speeds. And the print quality remains excellent throughout. The improved Z-axis with more precise positioning effectively reduces Z-banding. The texture has never been so subtle. A G-sensor in the print head measures resonance frequencies during high-speed printing and automatically adjusts the printer to reduce them. No more ghosting or ringing during printing. The Motion Advance feature ensures optimal material flow. It effectively reduces clumping and overflow. The strain sensors in the heated bed generate an accurate leveling grid for automatic compensation. AI LiDAR then scans the bed’s slope at millions of points for more precise leveling. Both processes are fully automated and require no attention. The K1 Max is assembled and calibrated before shipping and comes with a quick start guide. You can start printing immediately when your K1 Max arrives. The built-in air filters remove unwanted substances generated during printing, making the printing process much more pleasant.
