The BigRep STUDIO G2 (also known as STUDIO White) is a high-performance, industrial large-format 3D printer for professional applications. With a build volume of 1000 x 500 x 500 mm, it is ideal for prototypes, tools, samples, and full-scale final parts. Developed and built in Germany, the STUDIO G2 impresses with its durability, efficiency, and ease of use—from the first prototype to series production. The fully enclosed, temperature-controlled build chamber protects print projects from external influences and ensures consistently high print quality—even with sensitive technical materials. Automatic safety features, such as pausing the print when the doors are opened, ensure maximum safety when handling hazardous materials. Thanks to a dual-extruder system with tool steel nozzles and independent temperature control of the filament chambers, the BigRep STUDIO G2 is perfectly suited for fiber-reinforced, abrasive, and industrial filaments. Supported materials include ASA, PETG, PA6/66, TPU, ABS, BVOH, HI-TEMP, HI-TEMP CF, PLA, Pro HT, PLX, and many more. Third-party materials can also be used. The print bed heats up to 100 °C in just 15 minutes—ideal for optimal adhesion and a wide variety of materials. Thanks to an inductive sensor, semi-automatic leveling and calibration are performed quickly and precisely. The maximum layer thickness ranges from 0.1 mm (fine detail resolution) to 0.6 mm (fast printing), offering flexibility for every application. Via the BigRep CONNECT platform, you can centrally control and monitor your printing process, receive real-time updates on print status, and conveniently manage jobs and materials via remote access. The BigRep BLADE slicing software ensures fast, precise, and large-format-optimized print jobs—with presets for all common materials.
